Function
Place the parts in the goods basket. Close the cover and operate the Start button.
The pump pumps the wash water which has been heated to a temperature of approx. 70 °C at high pressure into a spray system. The razor-sharp jet positively peels off the dirt.
The cleaning time is 3-15 minutes and the process is fully automatic in a closed cleaning system.

Steam extraction
If you so request, we will be more than willing to install a steam extractor which can be adapted very simply to any existing extraction system. Drip-drainage and heat recovery systems are also implemented as integrating compact unit..

Drum unit
Drum unit for small parts which can be quite simply hung in the centring facility.
Fit the full workholder or goods basket, close the cover and press the start button.
Optimum conditions for cleaning mass parts and single parts.

Drying
The temperatures can be selected between 20 and 600 °C.
The system operates fully automatically. After cleaning, an adjustable time switch connects the extractor and dryer. The steam is routed into the open air or
is condensed.
With this application as well, it is possible to implement heat recovery systems.The drying system is suitable for more stringent requirements. If the residual moisture content cannot be accepted, the hot-air fan can help.
