Our cyclic cleaning machine, Type T-24, is located directly at the end of the production line for the hollow containers produced in three-shift operation. The hollow containers are traversed on the basis of a circular cycle, cleaned inside and out and dried. The cleaned workpieces are then subjected to a fully automatic visualisation check. The "good parts" are supplied to the manual or fully automatic packaging line.

You can see a fully automatic system-overall system with integrated stations for cleaning, assembly, dismantling, nut runner device, dimension and resistance measurement checks and storage and manual workstation. Integrated special units include multi-position manual panel, telemaintenance and bus pneumatics etc.
